We offer express shipping using major carriers to safely deliver your order (DPD for EU customers, FedEx and DHL - for the rest of the world). Shipping for orders over $100 value is free!

Within the European Union no duties or taxes will apply. For international shipments outside the European Union, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that April Notes does not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary from country to country. Shipping duties and taxes
As we are located in Lithuania (EU), you might be charged duties/VAT for your order upon arrival. The duties/taxes will depend on the value of the shipment:
- For orders up to 135 GBP, standard VAT of 20% will apply.
- For orders over 135 GBP additional duties/taxes may apply.
Please note that April Notes does not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what the costs will be.
Also, due to additional customs processes, shipping time to the UK might be slightly longer.
Returns from the UK
If you are making a return from the UK please make sure to download and print the commercial invoice which will be attached in the return confirmation email. Then fold the invoice in half, and attach it on the outside of your return package, with the top of the invoice visible to the courier. This is very important, to prevent your return from being rejected at customs. No invoice attached may result as an additional fee.
No, unfortunately currently we cannot deliver orders to PO Boxes.
If there haven’t been any tracking updates in the last 5 business days and you think there is an issue with the shipment of your order, we suggest you contact the courier first, as they are the best at locating your package. If they’re not able to provide any information, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to help.
Returns & Exchanges
All items can be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date as long as they are unused and unwashed. Custom made products and items from final sale will not be eligible for return.
